No Refund

We do not offer refunds on services of any kind, with no exceptions.

 

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the service scheduled. Same-day cancellations (which are considered 12 hours or less from the appointment time) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost, with no exceptions. ​

 

Credit Card Required

A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. We require 24 hours' notice to CANCEL an appointment. In the case that 24 hours' notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, 

THE WONDROUS Salon reserves the right to and will charge the credit 

card on file.​

No Call / No Shows

If you do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service scheduled. No refunds will be given and no exceptions made. 

Tardiness

Here at the WONDROUS salon, we have a 10-minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please text us to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% of the cost of the services scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services at the WONDROUS Salon.

 

Confirmation Text

24 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a reminder text to which you will need to reply. If you do not confirm, your appointment will be canceled and our cancellation policy will apply. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/canceled appointments, and the cancellation fee. 

No Additional Guests 

For the safety and sanitation of our guests, the WONDROUS salon does not allow additional guests without an appointment at the salon.

(4-legged fur babies are welcome.)
 

IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER, IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR COLOR AND CUTTING SERVICE CALL US WITH IN 48 HOURS AND UP TO 7 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SERVICE TO SCHEDULE A COMPLIMENTARY COLOR ADJUSTMENT. 

 

ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST OR  WONDROUS SALON.
